Cloudshape is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT projects with a focus on workload planning, budgeting, and client consultation. The role requires overseeing teams, proposals, and invoicing while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. US Citizenship and an active secret clearance are required.

The candidate will manage multiple projects, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong business acumen to drive successful outcomes for clients in a hybrid working arrangement (Remote/Washington, DC).

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in managing IT projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP)

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage workload to meet deliverables and client expectations
• Develop and present technical and pricing proposals for clients
• Oversee project invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely submission
• Interview, hire, and onboard team members to align with project needs
• Provide professional consultation to clients and align solutions with business practices
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Communicate updates on project status, risks, and resolutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies
