Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience within the electrical construction industry delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in renewables or power generation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management, financial controls and construction operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution, including safety, scheduling, budgeting and client coordination.
• Champion a best-in-class safety culture, partnering with field and safety teams to reduce risk and improve performance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and financial outcomes to ensure profitable delivery.
• Oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Direct and develop project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and professional growth.
• Manage change orders, RFIs and project risks, implementing strategies to protect company interests.
• Monitor costs, invoices, A/P and A/R, and support forecasting and reporting activities.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors and equipment resources to support efficient project delivery.
• Lead project closeout, including documentation, financial reconciliation and contract compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of project documentation and reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including refining processes and operational best practices.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including bidding and proposal support.
• Mentor team members and support employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Drive quality control and quality assurance across all phases of project execution.
