Job summary

PTC Inc is seeking a Project Manager in Professional Services to lead consulting projects for diverse clients and drive project execution from initiation to closure. The role requires coordinating with R&D, Service Lifecycle Management, and customer teams to ensure value delivery and on-time outcomes.

The position emphasizes ownership of scope, schedules, budgets, and relationships, with a focus on governance, risk, and escalation management, while offering a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of Project Management experience.
• Availability for 25% of onsite travel to customer sites within the Americas.
• Experience with Certinia.
• Experience with Cloud-based, SaaS offerings.
• Experience with Service Lifecycle Management (Service Parts Planning, Field Services) solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure value, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead a full project lifecycle using PMI or Scrum/Agile approaches.
• Interface with R&D, Service Lifecycle Management, Technical Support, and other teams to define scope and dependencies.
• Identify deliverables, milestones, and tasks; provide early visibility to at-risk schedules.
• Build detailed project plans and coordinate communications with management and teams.
• Organize business requirements and design sessions with stakeholders and technology teams.
• Own contractual documents and manage changes.
• Maintain engagement with customers to ensure retention; provide leadership to delivery and customer teams.
