Job summary

PTC is seeking a Project Manager for Professional Services in the United States to lead and manage complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring value, quality, and on-time completion. The role requires PMP certification, a bachelor’s degree, and 3–6 years of PM experience, with up to 25% onsite travel across the Americas.

The successful candidate will coordinate with R&D, Service Lifecycle Management, Technical Support and other teams to align scope, resources, and key milestones,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 6 years of Project Management experience.
• Availability for 25% onsite travel to customer sites within the Americas.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure value, quality, and on‑time delivery of defined scope.
• Lead a full project lifecycle leveraging either the traditional PMI Process or Scrum/Agile approach.
• Interface with R&D, Service Lifecycle Management, Technical Support, Workforce Management and other extended organizations to ensure scope, resources and dependencies are defined and developed.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and tasks, providing early visibility to at-risk schedules.
• Own the financials of the project, including cost, revenue, margin and investment.
