Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month remote role (EST preferred) to oversee print, fulfillment, and inventory vendor management. The role requires managing budgets, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Ops and leadership teams.

You will lead a team of procurement specialists, optimize workflows, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience in a resource, print production or project management role.
• Proficient with communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Veeva Vault PromoMats and Digital Asset Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor daily operational execution and monitor against SLAs and SOPs.
• Lead weekly vendor/Marketing Ops meetings and prepare QBRs and reporting.
• Manage print and fulfillment budgets, including vendor accruals and PO updates.
• Develop and implement dashboard reporting for inventory and print management.
• Coordinate distribution of materials including drop shipments.
• Deliver monthly vendor tracking reports to stakeholders and manage PO fund availability.
• Lead Print Procurement Specialist team to optimize print and fulfillment workflows.
