Job summary

Rapinno Tech in the United States seeks a Project Manager Level 2 to lead and deliver client Personal Finance projects, including the Cash In/Cash Out initiative, integrating Kroger's POS to enable payments via PayPal, Venmo, or similar apps.

This role requires driving technical teams to milestones, resolving issues with multiple stakeholders, and effective cross-team communication. It is a 100% remote, long-term contract reporting to a Kroger Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payments-related projects.
• Experience coordinating 3rd-party SaaS implementations.
• Track record delivering objectives on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and resources, develop schedules and budgets.
• Establish and update project plans with forecasts.
• Design and implement program governance models.
• Conduct project meetings, tracking and analysis.
• Ensure objectives are documented and delivered to meet customer needs.
• Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables.
• Communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and escalate issues.
