Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I - Sponsor Dedicated to support patient engagement initiatives within clinical programs. You will partner across functions to advance patient enrollment, engagement insights, and education while coordinating timelines and deliverables.

The role emphasizes collaboration with program leads and external stakeholders to drive impactful patient-focused strategies and ensure quality execution across sites and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or clinical research industry.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy for assigned areas: patient enrollment, training, and engagement.
• Partner with program leads and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives.
• Create and coordinate training and educational materials; manage timelines.
• Coordinate internal systems and communications during project execution.
• Maintain platforms that support patient engagement initiatives; ensure data quality.
• Upload and maintain eTMF records in compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate to improve standards, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Communicate with external stakeholders, including patients and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with external vendors, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to a team culture with strategic thinking and leadership.
• Provide technical support to ensure engagement processes are integrated across functions.
• Deliver scalable strategies that fit clinical programs.
