Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program. This sponsor-dedicated, remote role USA-only requires leading studies from start-up through closeout, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee vendors/CROs, manage budgets and study documentation, and partner with leadership to drive execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience within clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience supporting complex Phase 2b studies in inflammation.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Ability to drive study execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up to closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and strong follow-up.
• Draft, review, and coordinate key study documents and SOPs.
