This remote US-only role requires ownership of study execution from start-up to closeout, with emphasis on coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and timelines in a sponsor-dedicated environment. You will collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory, and data teams to drive milestones, manage risks, and ensure study quality while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience within clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Proven ability to drive study execution in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up through closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.
• Oversee vendor management and CRO performance against timelines.
