Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our remote team on a Monday–Friday day shift. You will manage a pool of client-sponsored trial projects, coordinating with client teams and multidisciplinary groups across multiple sites.

You will facilitate project objectives, organize resources, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. The role emphasizes clinical lab, biotech, or pharma contexts with a focus on delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2+ years of experience in project management or related fields with experience in clinical labs, biotech, or pharma required.
• Experience establishing and maintaining clear communication with clients.
• PM leadership duties including project design, planning, oversight, and reporting.
• Proven track record coordinating and tracking moving parts across functional areas to align deliverables.
• Experience updating leadership and stakeholders through presentations and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, implement, and report on project goals and deliverables across multiple projects and programs.
• Use advanced interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Uses effective questioning techniques; demonstrates effective two-way dialogue and negotiation skills.
