Job summary

TriquetraTM is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to own the core operational pipelines, including new product development, go-to-market product launches, and packaging/rebrand rollouts across our product portfolio.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, compliance, and supply chain to keep every SKU moving on schedule from concept through launch, listing creation, and market release.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in CPG, ecommerce, or consumer products.
• Familiarity with marketplace operations (Amazon Seller Central, FBA, DTC).
• Strong use of modern PM software and dashboards for tracking progress.
• Excellent organization and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master project pipeline and launch calendar.
• Coordinate milestones across development, packaging, regulatory, and supply chain.
• Drive GTM launches across channels and ensure readiness of listings and assets.
• Maintain packaging artwork version control and vendor coordination.
• Develop SOPs and dashboards; serve as single point of contact for status updates.
