Job summary

Southwire Company, a leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan and drive complex initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate resources, track performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience and a bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree a plus. This remote-ready position offers growth, competitive benefits, and opportunities to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• PMI PMP certification preferred, Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Experience with Stage Gate processes is a plus.
• Strong communication, reporting and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex innovation, supply or cost-related projects from initiation to delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Advise leadership on performance, risks and opportunities to optimize outcomes.
• Interface with cross-functional teams as central point of contact for inquiries.
• Identify risks and propose actionable solutions to mitigate delays.
• Instruct and coach project teams on best practices and risk management.
• Maintain category innovation roadmap and track resource allocation.
• Provide mentorship and support to achieve team goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
