Job summary

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to drive projects with diverse teams across the organization. A Bachelor's degree and PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop project management plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, and critical activities.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate vendors and external partners when applicable.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
