Job summary

JBS International is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee multiple projects within Tribal Child Welfare Programs, focusing on Tribal engagement. The role requires coordinating with Tribal Nations, federal partners, and internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

You will oversee project workplans, risk management, and reporting, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to PMO processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in human services/public health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and collaborative activities with Tribal and federal partners.
• Coordinate webinars, training events, and technical assistance activities.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and action items across projects.
• Organize project documentation and materials.
• Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and reports.
• Manage day-to-day project functions per client/JBS guidelines.
