Job summary

JBS International is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee multiple projects, applying PM best practices and connecting teams with resources. You will manage scope, budget, timeline, and quality while refining procedures with the PMO. Strong coordination with tribal and federal partners is essential.

You will lead meetings, track progress, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff, ensuring milestones are met and client needs are addressed with high responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or related field.
• PMI PMP certification required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in human services or public health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with Tribal and federal partners to support project implementation.
• Coordinate webinars, trainings, and technical assistance activities.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and action items with project team.
• Organize project documentation and meeting records.
• Support communication among Tribal partners, project staff, and federal partners.
• Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and reports.
• Manage day-to-day project functions per client/JBS guidelines.
• Develop and manage project workplans and schedules.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards via internal reviews.
• Track budgets and forecasting; monitor burn rates and cost-to-complete.
• Support PMO in developing SOPs and guidance documents.
• Provide supervision to coordination staff where applicable.
