Job summary

JBS International, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee multiple tribal child welfare projects with a tribal engagement focus.

You will ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with client goals while applying JBS project management best practices across programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and at least five years of project management experience in human services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, public health, business administration, or other related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health, or similar scope.
• Experience coordinating virtual and in-person engagements with Tribal Nations and partners.
• Knowledge of Tribal sovereignty and culturally responsive engagement practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and collaborative activities with Tribal and federal partners to support project implementation, monitor progress, and achieve deliverables.
• Coordinate webinars, training events, and technical assistance activities, including scheduling and communications.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action items, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and reports to support communication and documentation throughout the project.
• Develop and manage project workplans and schedules in consultation with PMO Director.
