Job summary

JBS International is seeking a Project Manager II for Tribal Child Welfare Programs with a focus on tribal engagement. Under supervision, you will oversee multiple projects, implement PMO practices, manage scope, budget, timeline, and quality.

The PM II connects projects to tools and resources to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, webinars, and technical assistance with Tribal and federal partners; preparing agendas and reports; maintaining documentation;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMP certification are required.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health.
• Strong communication, coordination with Tribal Nations and federal partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and activities with Tribal and federal partners.
• Plan and track webinars, trainings, and technical assistance.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets; manage scope and quality.
• Document project activities and outcomes; maintain meeting records.
• Prepare agendas, summaries, and reports for contract compliance.
• Lead day-to-day project operations following client and PMO guidelines.
• Develop workplans and schedules with PMO Director; ensure SOPs are followed.
• Identify risks and escalate to leadership; mentor junior project managers.
