Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Project Manager II to manage and provide visibility into key projects across customer-facing and internal initiatives. You will coordinate people, processes, deadlines, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery and desired results.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build centralized dashboards, and communicate issues, risks, and progress to stakeholders. Remote-friendly role with strong emphasis on PMO collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience (Required)
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence (Preferred)
• Scrum and/or agile training (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of Aha!, Domo, Salesforce, Monday.com (PD&D Preferred)
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM and/or other PPM tools (ETO Preferred)
• Experience managing external vendor relationships (Preferred)
• Self-starter with excellent business/financial acumen

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases, integrations, migrations, tooling rollouts and related projects.
• Drive and coordinate tasks, dependencies and roadblocks across the portfolio.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Lead intake and requirements sessions with stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Own changes to scope, schedule and costs with a stakeholder communication plan.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment/status meetings & portfolio communication.
• Escalate issues/risks/decisions to management.
• Gather dependencies/impacts and facilitate trade-offs as scope evolves.
• Coordinate change control for tooling across the Jamf Portfolio.
• Create weekly centralized dashboards to communicate issues/risks/stats.
• Support a culture of quality, collaboration, and productivity.
• Ensure resource availability and coordinate resources.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Be an active PMO member and mentor other Project Managers.
