Job summary

Think Jam is seeking an Integrated Marketing Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns. You will manage timelines, asset trafficking and approvals, ensuring projects stay on brief and on time in a remote-first environment.

You will work across marketing operations, project management and performance reporting, leveraging Airtable to streamline processes and produce actionable insights for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing operations or related field.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Airtable and building project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines and approvals to meet briefs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to manage workflows and track milestones.
• Build and maintain Airtable bases, trackers and automated workflows to improve efficiency.
• Prepare client-facing performance dashboards and post-campaign reports with clear insights.
