Qualifications

• Managing multidisciplinary, large-scale projects (e.g., >300,000 sq ft).
• Analyzing technical architectural requirements and managing all project phases.
• Applying labor costs, multiplier requirements, and consultant expenses to meet client demands.
• Evaluating experience, standards, and project information for decision making.
• Travel to client or project sites as needed (primarily domestic).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on Mission Critical projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, direct, and coordinate activities.
• Oversee deliverables quality including fee plans, work plans, and contracts.
• Develop scope, budget, and pricing for proposals and project planning.
• Support client relationships and business development aligned with strategic plans.
• Coordinate with market leads on schedules, fees, scope, and contracts.
• Manage subconsultant agreements and invoices; track revenue and variances.
• Lead project financial reviews and resource planning; enforce QA/QC.
• Coordinate project closeout per PMO lifecycle.
