Job summary

Qualifications

• Managing multidisciplinary, large-scale projects (over 300,000 sq ft).
• Analyzing architectural requirements and managing all project phases.
• Applying labor costs, market multipliers, and consultant expenses to projects.
• Evaluating and synthesizing experience, standards, and project data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on Mission Critical projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate architectural and multidisciplinary work.
• Oversee deliverables including fee plans, work plans, and contracts.
• Develop budgets, pricing for proposals, and change orders.
• Support client relationships and business development activities.
• Coordinate communications and manage project scope, schedule, and risks.
