Qualified candidates will have a CA PE or the ability to obtain licensure within a year, 10–12+ years of experience, and a BS in civil engineering. Hybrid/remote work and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 10 - 12+ years progressively responsible experience.
• BS in civil engineering or related discipline required.
• CA PE license required or ability to obtain CA licensure within 1 year.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project metrics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to successful completion of quality deliverables.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and profitability.
• Lead proposal development and project interviews.
• Contribute to pursuit strategies and business development.
• Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and sub-consultants.
• Develop and mentor staff for project success.
