Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology is seeking a Project Manager in Golden Valley who will travel to MCN sites and support occasional remote work. The role blends facilitative leadership with independent execution on diverse projects spanning new service offerings to workflow improvements.

Lead project lifecycle from intake to delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners. Candidates should be organized, communicative, and able to manage priorities under shifting timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or related role.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools listed above.
• Experience training and supporting others in project management techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a project request intake process.
• Develop and manage a prioritization approach tied to strategic goals and ROI.
• Manage project capacity planning and roadmap.
• Define project scope, track tasks and develop project plans.
• Define performance indicators of success for projects.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Create learning resources and provide education to enable others to lead projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across full lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams and monitor performance using appropriate tools.
• Communicate progress, issues, and changes to clients and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and report to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Teach and model project management and process improvement methods.
