Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, seeks a Project Manager to lead critical environments projects in data centers and hospitals. You will own full project scope, mentor teams, manage risk and budgets, and drive on-site client collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in construction PM, MEP experience, and strong communication. Relocation or travel may be required to support client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, and seeking to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while balancing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while overseeing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and budget recovery.
• Maintain alignment with client vision as a trusted partner.
• Ensure timely invoicing and capture add-services opportunities.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, A&E, contractors, vendors, and teams.
