United Concordia Dental, part of Highmark Health, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under a DoD contract. You will translate objectives into actionable delivery plans, manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and drive governance and risk management.

Responsibilities include establishing charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, stakeholder communications, and ensuring readiness for transitions to operations.

Formación

• PMP certification or comparable project management training.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications.
