Job summary

Walton Signage, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and oversee all assigned projects—planning, bids, timelines, and staffing, both subcontractors and internal personnel.

You will liaise between sales, design, estimating, quality and manufacturing management, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. This role emphasizes integrity, initiative, and a collaborative leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in program management.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Holds sensitive / confidential information in the highest regard.
• Must maintain a continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all projects including the planning of projects, the development of project bids (quotes), and timelines.
• Liaise between sales, and materials, quality and manufacturing management, design and other personnel.
• Initiates and monitors job budgets, schedules, change orders, contract reports, and other job related administration.
• Works with the Installation Managers to facilitate all field related work.
• Ensures that the projects meet deadlines and company quality standards.
• Provides design concepts through documentation drawings for designated projects.
