Job summary

Infotrend is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead a team that produces recurring statistical reports from near real-time data across multiple federal sources. You will own the schedule, quality, and accountability for daily, weekly, and monthly products, ensuring responsiveness to shifting operational needs.

The role is primarily remote with frequent collaboration across government stakeholders. A PMP certification and 6+ years of project management experience are required, including

Qualifications

• PMI PMP certification.
• 6+ years in project management, data/reporting operations.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust and US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-time delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain a year-round production calendar and staffing for weekends/holidays.
• Oversee distribution of reports to government leadership per requirements.
• Manage intake of near real-time data feeds and fixes with source agencies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports with risks, issues, and decisions.
