Job summary

Emploive seeks a Project Manager to lead a team producing recurring statistical reports from multiple federal sources, using near real-time data. You own the schedule, quality, and accountability for every daily, weekly, and monthly product and keep the team responsive to shifting operational needs.

Location: Primarily Remote. You will coordinate with COR and government leadership, manage data feeds, ensure on-time delivery, document methodologies, and maintain governance across reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.
• PM experience with coordinating recurring reporting operations and data integration.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Experience with real-time data/ government reporting appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure on-time delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports seven days a week.
• Maintain production calendar and staffing to avoid missed reports.
• Oversee distribution of reports to government leadership and interagency partners.
• Manage near real-time data feeds and coordinate fixes with source agencies.
• Establish quality checks and review steps for every report before release.
