You bring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in project management, with hands-on experience in project tools and a track record of working with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests using established tools and processes.
• Run project meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow up with owners.
• Spot roadblocks early and work with the team to resolve them, escalating when needed.
• Prepare clear status updates and presentations for audiences from team members to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional partners through testing, rollout, and handoff.
• Administer JIRA workflows and backlogs, manage intake and prioritization, and build reports and dashboards.
• Manage NDA processing and agreement tracking for business initiatives.
• Support vendor oversight, including onboarding, contract reviews, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Help improve our project management processes, templates, and tools.
