Job summary

Instrumental Group is seeking a Project Manager to join our remote, full-time team and oversee HubSpot implementations and website projects. You will connect clients with internal teams, translate SOWs into actionable plans, and ensure projects are thoughtfully planned and executed with excellence.

You will manage multiple engagements, set milestones, and maintain alignment across stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration across tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, and Google

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Project management training or certifications (a plus).
• Experience with HubSpot and/or agency environments preferred.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and collaboration software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and convert SOWs into structured project plans.
• Set up engagements with milestones, tasks, owners, and timelines.
• Delegate tasks based on team roles and skills.
• Track performance, identify risks, and adjust plans to meet milestones.
• Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, and provide clear follow-up.
