Job summary

Mpathic is hiring a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to translate designs into working HubSpot instances for multiple clients. You will manage migrations from Salesforce and other CRMs, ensuring clean data and accurate reporting.

In this client-facing, project-based role you’ll work under our Solutions Architect, handling varied data models and tech stacks. We also expect growth into adjacent tools and platforms as our practice expands.

Qualifications

• Active HubSpot Certification (Marketing and/or Sales Hub preferred).
• 2+ years hands-on HubSpot configuration with at least one implementation or migration.
• Experience with data migration: mapping, deduplication, bulk imports/exports.

Responsibilities

• Build HubSpot instances to spec: objects, properties, pipelines, and reports.
• Plan and execute data migrations into HubSpot with validation and reconciliation.
• Configure Automation across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub.
• Stand up integrations between HubSpot and client systems using native connectors or iPaaS tools.
• Audit portals and document issues, retire unnecessary components.
• Test rigorously before handoff and verify accuracy of counts and reporting.
