Job summary

Team Carney, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in its mission-critical operations. This role requires translating high-level goals into operational plans and ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of project management experience, proficiency in project management software, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The position offers a flexible location: remote or Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of project management or program coordination experience, preferably supporting federal agencies.
• High proficiency in project management software (MS Project, JIRA, or similar toolsets).

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor performance of project staff to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
• Brief stakeholders bi-weekly on project health and pivot workflows based on client needs.
• Ensure all project artifacts meet stringent standards.
