Job summary

P17 Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead FAA BNATCS modernization efforts, coordinating contractors, system integrators, and FAA personnel to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery.

You will develop schedules, oversee site surveys, readiness reviews, and installation sequencing, while maintaining compliance with FAA and OSHA standards. This is a full-time hybrid role with extensive nationwide travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading construction or modernization projects.
• Must reside in Atlantic City NJ, Washington DC, or Oklahoma City OK area.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage BNATCS deployment construction at FAA facilities.
• Plan site surveys, readiness reviews, and pre-installation activities.
• Develop construction schedules and sequencing to support milestones.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, cabling, and equipment installation.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, local, state, and federal standards.
• Coordinate construction activities with system integration, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Lead construction progress meetings and report to FAA leadership.
