Job summary

P17 Solutions, LLC, a distinguished SBA 8(a) certified company, seeks a Construction Manager to lead BNATCS construction and modernization activities for FAA facilities. You will coordinate between contractors, system integrators, FAA personnel, and program teams to meet schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

The role demands at least 5 years of experience in construction management, strong communication, and the ability to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction, facility modernization, or similar projects.
• Must reside in the Atlantic City Region, NJ, Washington, DC, or Oklahoma City, OK area.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects in mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage leadership and teams.
• Ability to travel extensively to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage BNATCS construction and infrastructure deployments at FAA facilities.
• Plan site surveys, readiness reviews, and pre-installation activities.
• Develop schedules, work plans, phasing, and installation sequencing.
• Oversee contractors for renovation, electrical, HVAC, cabling, and installation.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with system integration, engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, and operations.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction docs.
• Monitor execution, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections and QA reviews of workmanship and materials.
• Support turnover, acceptance, and documentation.
• Manage budgets, contractor performance, and reporting.
• Lead progress meetings with FAA leadership and BNATCS stakeholders.
• Coordinate outage planning to minimize NAS disruption.
• Support commissioning, testing, and transition to operations.
