Job summary

P17 Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead FAA BNATCS modernization efforts, coordinating construction and infrastructure deployment across multiple facilities. You will work with contractors, engineers, and program management to ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of construction management experience, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to travel nationwide. A related bachelor's degree and PMP/ CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction, facility modernization, infrastructure deployment, or capital improvement projects.
• Must reside in the Atlantic City Region, NJ, Washington, DC, or Oklahoma City, OK area
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent construction projects in operational or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of construction management principles, scheduling methodologies, quality control processes, and safety requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors, construction vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive leadership, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to travel extensively to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and infrastructure projects supporting BNATCS deployments at FAA facilities, including ATCTs, TRACONs, ARTCCs, CCFs, and more.
• Plan and coordinate site surveys, facility assessments, construction readiness reviews, and pre-installation activities.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, work plans, phasing strategies, and installation sequencing to support milestones.
• Oversee contractors performing renovation, electrical, HVAC, cabling, structural, and equipment installation activities.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, local, state, and federal construction standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate construction activities with system integration, engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, and operations stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation.
• Monitor project execution, identify risks, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance.
