Job summary

AV Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise Microsoft technology projects through the full project life cycle, including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, Copilot, Intune, Security, and related technologies. This remote, full-time role requires 5+ years of enterprise PM experience with external customers.

Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone (EST/CST).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-level project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and formal PM training.
• Experience delivering enterprise Microsoft service offerings (M365 migrations, Identity Services/AD, Copilot, Intune, Security).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Microsoft technology projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Guide internal teams and external partners using Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Ensure deliverables meet the SOW and client expectations.
• Produce status reports and facilitate project meetings and escalations.
