Qualifications

• 4 years progressive experience with a Bachelor's in related field; 2 years with a Master's; or 8 years with a HS diploma.
• Proven Project Manager experience, preferably in defense or government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of defense industry practices, regulations, and contract requirements.
• Experience managing multi-year contracts with >$20M annual revenue and multiple projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with clients, stakeholders and teams.
• Organizational and time management abilities to deliver within constraints.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting and cost-control capabilities.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Allocate and manage resources across projects to optimize productivity.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and provide regular stakeholder reports.
• Implement quality controls to meet contract requirements and standards.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and analysts.
• Establish KPIs to monitor progress and deliver regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations.
• Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
