Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a remote Program Manager to support Department of Defense GCC customers on a complex IDIQ contract. The role emphasizes leadership, interagency collaboration, and aggressive program delivery across logistics, ISR, and next-gen technologies.

Ideal candidates will bring multi-year program management experience in defense or government contracting and hold a Top-Secret with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6 years of progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Program management experience in defense, intelligence or government contracting
• Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program under the IDIQ contract
• Serve as primary client contact for DoW, GCC, interagency, subcontractors and vendors
• Develop scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects to optimize productivity
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Ensure contract requirements and quality standards are met and reported on
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and analysts
