Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or equivalent CH&P industry experience.
Experience managing large-scale projects in engineering environments.
Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and manage data center power projects to meet scope, schedule and budget.
Lead cross‑functional project teams including engineering staff, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Conduct site walks and leadership meetings to ensure safety and real-time schedule alignment.
Monitor performance against timelines, scope and quality, and escalate issues as needed.
Negotiate milestones and commercial terms with client representatives and vendors.
Maintain construction schedules with project controllers and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Provide proactive client communication, risk assessments, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
