Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager across a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the data center market. This role is 100% onsite at client projects, with overtime eligibility and per diem provided.

You will oversee change requests, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with team members and subcontractors, while preparing reports and ensuring project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (PM, Construction Management, Business, Engineering) or combination of experience and/or education.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct project management experience in construction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to clear communication, organization and leadership.

About this Role

This is a remote travel role 100% onsite at client projects. Overtime eligible. Per diem provided.

The Project Manager supports the Sr. Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the rapidly expanding data center market. Additional projects span the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors. The Project Manager will assist overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project, such as change requests, project planning and scheduling, monitoring project progress, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. The junior project engineer may also be responsible for preparing reports and assisting in resolving any project-related issues that arise during the course of the project. Ultimately, the Project Manager plays a key role in helping to ensure that the
project is completed successfully and meets its objectives.
