Qualifications

• 5+ years in content development, education, or product marketing in SaaS/EdTech.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insights ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to craft executive summaries and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-focused content to drive adoption and value.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Design webinars and training materials for product education.
• Provide product feedback on wording and UX.
• Represent Exxat at industry events with Sales and Marketing.
