Qualifications

• 2–5 years of PM or program coordination experience.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Slack (or equivalent PM tools).
• Sense of urgency and ownership to identify and act on issues.
• Comfortable translating between engineering timelines and business deadlines.
• Excellent written communication for async updates.
• Builder's mindset to create structure where none exists.
• iGaming or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
• Thrives in a small, fast-paced startup with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Keep project roadmap current in Jira and visibility in Slack.
• Run regular check-ins to track deliverables and flag slipping dates.
• Coordinate timelines, action items, and stakeholders.
• Develop process docs for compliance deadlines and customer support readiness.
• Flag risks, bottlenecks, and missed deadlines before they escalate.
• Bring order to ambiguity in a startup with evolving priorities.
