Job summary

MANSCAPED, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Creative Operations & Content Operations to support intake, prioritization, coordination, and execution of creative production workflows across digital design, content, video, retail, and campaigns.

This role partners across Creative, Brand, Marketing, Production, and external agencies to move projects from intake to delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of building scalable processes to improve team

Qualifications

4+ years in project management, creative operations, or related field.
Experience supporting creative production, digital marketing, or content operations.
Familiar with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Brand, Marketing.
Remote-friendly with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of creative requests across digital design, video, content, retail, and campaign initiatives.
Partner with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Production, and PMO teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business priorities.
Maintain and improve project management workflows, intake systems, and templates within Asana for digital and static creative assets.
Facilitate timeline management, status tracking, and cross-functional communication across active workstreams.
Monitor task timelines and proactively surface risks, blockers, and shifting priorities.
