Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Corporate Operations Team. The ideal candidate is quick to learn, self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized, coordinating cross‑functional teams with limited supervision.

You will support the Senior Program Manager to ensure timely completion of priority projects, while communicating effectively at all levels of the organization. Travel and remote work within the US are required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in corporate Projects Management.
• CAPM Certified or PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university is required.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Strong leadership, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% or as needed.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources, meetings, and events including scheduling, setting meeting agenda, and capturing meeting notes, and tasks.
• Communicate effectively with project teams via calls and emails, ensuring commitments are met.
• Create and manage project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies as needed
• Monitor progress on deliverables, action items, decisions, and escalate risks /issues.
• Run calls, liaise with vendors, define scope, gather requirements, testing, and handling reviews/approvals of deliverables.
• Manage vendor's documentation and versioning including design reviews, payments, and quotes.
• Assist with events management and coordination of details start to finish, including planning agenda, participants, venue, and takeaways.
• Managing development of projects' publications including company Newsletters.
• Provide strategic inputs on planning, standardization, operations, manufacturing, automation, materials management, and other initiatives.
• Stakeholder integration and resource planning, as well change management on projects.
• Support teams with checklists, standard processes development details, and useful resources.
• Creating and managing documents on MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Other duties may be assigned based on business priorities.
