Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Corporate Operations Team. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional project efforts, maintaining schedules, and ensuring timely completion with limited supervision.

The position reports to the Senior Program Manager, requires travel up to 10%, and allows remote work within the United States. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of effective communication across all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in corporate projects management.
• CAPM or PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college/university is required.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate resources, meetings, and events; set agendas and capture actions.
• Communicate with project teams via calls and emails to ensure commitments.
• Create and manage project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.

Job Title: Project Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Summary:

Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a Project Manager immediately. Looking for someone who is a quick study, self-motivated, detail oriented, great at communicating, highly organized, multi-tasker, and can be trusted to effectively coordinate the efforts of cross-functional project teams with limited supervision. In this role, you will work with the Senior Program Manager to ensure successful and timely completion of company's priority projects and programs. Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and someone that is able to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Position Details:

• Reports to Vice President of Operations
• Travel required as business demands
• Remote within US

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of resources, meetings, and events including scheduling, setting meeting agenda, and capturing meeting notes, and tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the project teams via calls and emails, ensuring commitments are met.
• Creating and managing project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies as needed
• Monitor progress on deliverables, action items, decisions, and elevate risks /issues.
• Run calls, visit/ act as a liaison with vendors, defining scope, gathering requirements, testing, and handling reviews/approvals of deliverables.
• Manage vendor's documentation and versioning (archiving files) including design reviews and approvals, payments and quotes, layouts, and all files.
• Assisting with events management and coordination of details start to finish- including planning agenda, participants, venue, and capturing takeaways. Then following up on actions items.
• Managing development of projects' publications including company Newsletters.
• Provide strategical inputs on planning, standardization, operations, manufacturing, automation, materials management, and other initiatives.
• Stakeholder integration and resource planning, as well change management on projects.
• Support teams with checklists, standard processes development details, and useful resources.
• Creating and managing documents on MS Teams and SharePoint
• Other duties may be assigned based on business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate Projects Management
• CAPM Certified or PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college university is required
• Must demonstrate knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Strong leadership, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Hands on, independent, focused on completing all projects timely
• Ability to travel up to 10% or as needed.
• Strong proficiency working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.
