Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a skilled project manager/producer to support a large enterprise community of practice. You will manage planning, convene meetings, and host Teams sessions, ensuring timely delivery of engaging content.

You will develop workshop materials, coordinate distribution lists, build decks, and translate collateral into compelling pitchback decks. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ related experience are required, with US-based residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Must be US-based.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage an enterprise community of practice.
• Coordinate to find/build distribution lists, invite members, manage teams' sites.
• Build decks.
• Run planning committee meetings.
• Host Teams sessions as a producer sharing slides, posting content, driving engagement.
• Develop materials to support internal business advisory work by researching data, gathering materials, developing workshop slides, and translating workshop collateral intro pitchback decks.
