Remote: Project Manager (Clarity, Jira, Salesforce)

IntePros is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of major technology initiatives across our global pharmaceutical solutions client. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be located within the U.S. and available to work Eastern Time hours. The ideal candidate will have experience with Clarity, Jira, and Salesforce. Experience with AI-related projects is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and manage detailed project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate internal and external resources for successful project execution
• Provide regular updates to functional leadership on project status, risks, and issues
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive project execution in alignment with specifications from Portfolio Management
• Build consensus among stakeholders regarding scope, resourcing, and execution
• Oversee project financials including budget development, monitoring, and reporting
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issue resolution
• Collaborate with business leaders, portfolio managers, vendors, and consultants

• Proficiency with Clarity, Jira, and Salesforce
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer hardware/software concepts
