Job description

IntePros is seeking a Project Manager with deep experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to lead multiple Data and Analytics initiatives across the enterprise. This role requires the ability to manage 1–4 projects simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on Agile team coordination using Azure DevOps Boards. The ideal candidate is an expert in managing Scrum and Kanban teams concurrently, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You must be comfortable switching between traditional and Agile frameworks and coordinating multiple cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities for multiple IT/Data & Analytics projects.
• Develop, manage, and track comprehensive project plans and Agile Sprints using Azure DevOps Boards.
• Coordinate Scrum and Kanban teams simultaneously, including backlog loading, Sprint planning, dashboard/reporting, and day-to-day standups.
• Facilitate PI Planning events and Agile ceremonies (retrospectives, reviews, demos, etc.).
• Oversee project financials: budget creation, tracking actuals, and managing ETCs against baselines.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies using RAID logs.
• Prepare and deliver status reports and communications to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Use tools such as Mural, Microsoft Project, Excel (pivots, lookups, charts), and SharePoint to manage documentation, schedules, and financial tracking.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders at all levels.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple Scrum and Kanban teams simultaneously using Azure DevOps Boards.
• Deep understanding of capacity planning, resource allocation, and backlog management.
• Demonstrated experience in application development, including custom builds and software package rollouts.
• Experience running and facilitating PI Planning sessions using Mural Boards.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with project financials and delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.) required.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience in Data & Analytics (platforms, architecture, MDM, etc.).
• Experience with CA PPM Clarity, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, DevOps, or User-Centered Design methodologies.
• Understanding of Agile metrics and reporting dashboards within Azure DevOps Boards.
