Job summary

Better Together seeks a dedicated Project Manager for its Better Jobs program, partnering with local churches to launch and sustain employment ministries. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and data-driven improvement, with a strong focus on relationship building with church partners.

You will work with a mission-first team committed to empowering families, leveraging agile methods, and operating within a Florida-based network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, project management, business management, or a related field, plus a minimum of three years of relevant project management experience; or a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Technological requirements: Salesforce, Asana, Canva, and Basecamp.

Responsibilities

• Lead churches and volunteers through Better Jobs ministry trainings.
• Attend job fairs and support Better Jobs Ministry launches.
• Nurture and cultivate church cohorts and partners.
• Lead churches and support them as they start their Better Jobs Ministry.
• Manage detailed project schedule and work plan, including weekly/bi-weekly meetings with churches.
• Manage multiple job fairs at different stages of the process.
• Provide problem-solving support to partner churches to define project scope and objectives.
• Export and share data to church and key partners.
• Coordinate creation of professional flyers and promotional materials using Canva.
