We are seeking a Project Manager, Implementations to lead deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely launches. This hands-on role requires strong organization, stakeholder relationships with banking executives, and

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementations or professional services.
• Strong technical understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure when clients are stressed and deadlines are tight.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative problem solver who works within constraints.
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership without direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion.
• Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions.
• Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep.
• Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints.
• Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency.
• Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues.
